Having under-estimated new expenses such as car and health insurance, these newlyweds and recent college graduates are quickly learning that the cost of life is exceeding their expectations. They had originally planned to buy a house after one year of living in their apartment, but have found saving money to be hard. A new vehicle they were recently forced to buy when Matthew's broke down and Jessica's upcoming student loan payments are going to make it difficult to reach their goal of owning a home in the next year.
